Description

The roof house is part of a very small complex of 3 holiday houses, that is situated in the village of Monachil. The house is situated on the hill so you have fantastic views on the valley, the Natural Park Sierra Nevada and the village. It will take you only 5 minutes to reach the village center with its bars and restaurants. A great part of the municipality of Monachil is situated in the Natural Park Sierra Nevada and the ski slopes are only a 20 minute drive away.


The house is equipped with all necessary services what you would expect of a modern house. It has one bedroom on the loft and a sofa bed for 2 persons in the living, a bathroom, a living room, an open kitchen with utensils, a refrigerator, a microwave, etc. The house is comfortably and has a traditional look. The terrace has a table, a large bench and a barbecue. Downstairs, in front of the main building is a garden with a small "pool" (2x3 meters) situated where you can refresh yourself on the hot summerdays. The attic is located on the top of a stone house and there are 2 stairs to get there.


This place is an ideal basis if you want to discover the beauty of the Sierra Nevada, practice ski or enjoy the city of Granada.
