This charming modern house is situated in an old police station. It has recently been restored completely and it has three bedrooms, a very large living room with open kitchen, three bathrooms and a yard with a covered terrace and spectacular views on the Mediterranean. It is situated next to the road from Rabita to Marmoles. A small trail goes down to the beach Cala Chilches, which even in summer has almost no visitors.  This is a perfect place to enjoy the rest of the coast and to be close to the beach.

Description

The accommodation is located in what was the old police station of the coast guard. It is a very spacious and open house, which has views on the sea and beach. Downstairs you have the living room with a wood stove, open kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom. Upstairs are two more bedrooms with each its own bathroom. In front of the house is a big terrace with a table and chairs situated, which is shaded by a roof. The house is equipped with all necessary services; what you would expect of a modern house.

Booking Policy

After checking the availability reservation is confirmed by paying a deposit of 30% of the total, by bank transfer or by debiting the customer's credit card. In both cases this information will be provided via email or phone.


Cancellation Policy

If a reservation up to 30 days before arrival is canceled the prepayemnt (deposit) will be refunded. If canceled or modified up to 2 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. After this date the entire stay will be charged.
