The apartment is situated in a renovated farmhouse and is definitely one of the nicest places to stay in the Alpujarra. The apartment is decorated in style, up into the finest detail and everything is in harmony to give you the rest you are looking for. It has a big veranda with stunning views on the mountains Sierra Lujar. The large porch has a dining table with chairs, an electic barbecue and a corner with seats to relax. The apartment itself has a large living room with a wood burning stove and an open kitchen. The spacious bedroom has a king size bed and gives you also access to the porch. The bathroom has a bath and a separte shower. In the garden is a big common swimming pool, a solarium and also a small bar (from May till September depending on the weather conditions).  The village of Órgíva is situated on 4km distance and is offering all the facilities like banks, shops, bars and restaurants. A local baker is regulary passing by and can provide you bread or sweets.

Description

This beautiful 60m2 fully air conditioned suite is a tranquil, light and airy haven with a well-fitted kitchen (gas four ring double oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine). There is a wood burning stove in the living room for the cooler months with two comfortable sofas and a good supply of magazines and coffee table books. The suite has a beautiful private, covered terrace (50m2), that can also be accessed through the French doors from the bedroom. Here you can enjoy the spectacular views of the Sierra Lujar mountains and while away the day, perhaps reading on the sofa or watching the farmers labour in the fields that stretch to the Rio Guadalfeo. The bedroom has newly-installed super-quiet air conditioning, a king size bed with beautiful crisp cotton sheets and ample space for clothes in the antique wardrobe and hand made his-and-hers chests of drawers. The chic bathroom has a walk in shower and a double ended ball and claw bath.

The pool is shared with the other guests from the other two suites. In summer there is a small bar at the pool where you can drink you cocktail or juice.

We will be delighted to accept your booking, subject to availability, which can be made immediately. Payments can be made by Bank Transfer to a UK (£) or Spanish (€) bank account. No cards are taken on site, but payment using most credit/debit cards can be made via Paypal in advance of your arrival. Your booking will be reserved for 24 hours to allow you to pay your deposit. Your deposit is the cost of the first night of your accommodation; the balance is payable on or before the first day of your holiday**.

If 100% of your total booking price is paid by Bank Transfer only within 24 hours of your initial booking and at least a month before the date of your arrival, then a 10% reduction will be applied.
