Outside is a terrace, barbecue and garden with communal pool, sunbeds and an indoor parking. The minimum capacity is 6 persons and maximum 10 persons (with 1 extra bed). The house is equipped with heating, TV, and wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and all the necessary utensils. Optional is a baby cot that can be provided on previous request.

In front of the living room is a private terrace situated with a table and chairs. If this apartment is not rented together with apartment 1b, the swimming pool and the solarium with sunbeds are communal places and need to be shared with the other guests.
