The house has a surface of 250 square meters and 4 bedrooms (3 with double bed and another room with 3 single beds), two bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace and a kitchen. Outside is a terrace, barbecue and garden with communal pool, sunbeds and an indoor parking. The minimum capacity is 6 persons and maximum 10 persons (with 1 extra bed). The house is equipped with heating, TV, and wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and all the necessary utensils. Optional is a baby cot that can be provided on previous request.

On the roof of the house is a private terrace situated with spectacular views on the village and the Sierra Nervada. If this apartment is not rented together with apartment 1a, the swimming pool and the solarium with sunbeds are communal places and need to be shared with the other guests.

This place is an ideal basis if you want to stay in a village that has all the facillities like banks, shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
