Galera

The village is located at 843 meters above sea level and has 1.183 inhabitants (2014). The town has an important historical and cultural heritage and a well-preserved nature that includes a variety of beautiful natural landscapes, ranging from semi-desert and steppe areas in lower altitudes up to wooded areas in the Cordilleras. Most of the inhabitants live in cave houses.
