Playa Carchuna - Carchuna (Motril)
Playa Carchuna is a very long beach that is situated close to the same named village. The beach is surrounded by greenhouse crops. It has a Blue Flag and the "Q" label which stands for Qualidad Turistica. On the beach is also an old fortress located and an old watch tower. It is a very nice beach although it has rocks on some places. The beach is one of the few beaches that is protected, because on the beach grow several species of flowers and plants that you will not see at any other beach.
