It all began in March 2013, when a group of beer-loving friends started talking about the possibility of making their own beer, They started with a Kit and were experimenting with the first recipes. By the time, this was resulting in making beer with grain and in more quantity.
These first bottles made from grain were well accepted among friends and acquaintances, which encouraged them to continue to produce the beer and even to start with the marketing. There was a market and demand for this artesanal beers so it.emerged and a name was searched and found. Cervezas Mulhacén was born.
All facilities that make our microbrewery incorporate the latest technology in order to develop magnificent beers.
The cycle following the development of this beer consists of the following phases:
1. Infusion of malt
2. Filtration of malt
3. Wort boiling
4. Operation spin (whirlpool)
5. Cooling the wort
A visit to the brewery is including a tour in which the manufacturing process is explained. The maximum number of people per visit is 10 people, The visit will includealso a tasting of the 3 beers with tapas.
