Area Rio Darro (Albaicín)
Carrera del Darro is one of the oldest streets of Granada. This street is starting at Plaza Nueva and is going along the Darro river. It has a lot of historic monuments and Moorish houses. This part of Granada belongs to Albaicín. There is a walking route along the river which is crossing Sacromonte and is going through the bushes uphill to the "Dehesa de Generalife". There are several bars and restaurants along the river.
