Güéjar Sierra - Los Lavaderos de la Reina

One of the largest waterfalls in the province. This chain of waterfalls is worth visiting although it is a large trip to get there. The falls are situated in the Sierra Nevada on the flanks of the mountain Pico de Jerez.  You can take a dirtroad that takes you up to 2000 meters where you need to park your car. The total hiking route is about 17 km with a gradient of 600 meters. A complete distription of the hiking trail is published on Wikiloc and another one on Andaltura.
