Waterfalls in the Province of Granada - Part 2

Cónchar - Salto de agua Arroyo del Alcázar:  This very beautifull waterfall is close situated to Baño de Urquíza or Baño Chico of which the temperature of the water is 24.9 ° C. You have to pass this baths and after 200 meters you will encounter this fall. Be aware that.......

Dúrcal - Waterfall  3:  A small waterfall located in the river Dúrcal. The waterfall can be reached by a small hiking trail, about 2 km, on the eastbank (rightside) of the river. You can park your car along the street that goes along the river (deadend)........

Nigüelas - Waterfalls of the los Cahorros:  In the Cahorros of Niguelas, in the river "Rio Torrente" are several waterfalls.  There is  small hiking trail going along the river. At some places the trail is covered with bushes which makes it difficult to pass...........

Cañar - Waterfall Dique 24:  El Dique 24 is one of the biggest waterfalls in the province with a fall of 30 meters.  It is a dam that consists of five segmented arch openings located between the pillars. It is located in the Barranco del Chico River between the villages Cañar and.........

Pampaneira - Waterfalls Rio Mulhacén:  Next to the electric power plant you will encounter two wide but small waterfalls in the river Mulhacén. You will encounter the power plant just before you reach Pampaneira in a sharp curve ........

Portugos - Waterfall Fuente de Agria:  A big beautifull waterfall formed by  a weir in the river Monachil, The waterfall is located below the big suspension bridge. Just before the bridge, a trail is going down into the canyon where you can see the fall on its best........

Guájar Alto - Waterfall La Toba:  One of the easiest accessible waterfalls in the province. The waterfall is directly located next to the road GR-4300 which connects Guájar Alto with  Guajar Faragüit (km sign 3) . The water is falling down about a distance of 15 meters........

Guájar Alto - Waterfall Recreative Area:  Another easy accessible but small waterfall. This one is located  on the recreative area which is situated next to the road GR-4300 which connects Guájar Alto with  Guajar Faragüit . The water is fallin down about a distance of 3 m........

Velez Benaudalla - Waterfall  1 Recreative Area:  An easy accessible and very wide waterfall. The waterfall is created by a weir in the river Guadalfeo. In order to reach the waterfall you have to take a small road next to the river. This access is located in a curve of the N-323........
